Rokkaku Middle School

Rokkaku Middle School (六角中学校, Rokkaku Chuugakkou), is in Chiba Prefecture (千葉県), Japan. They are also called the veterans of Chiba, having been a regular Nationals go-er for about 40 years.

Ojii

Position: Coach

He’s an old man, famous for being a master of making wooden racquets. In addition to his coaching duties, he builds his own adventure play park so that the children of the neighbourhood have somewhere to play.

Kisarazu Atsushi

Position: Regular

The younger twin brother of Kisarazu Ryou, Kisarazu Atsushi was scouted in his 2nd year by Mizuki Hajime and consequently transferred to St. Rudolph.

Third years

Saeki Kojiroh

Position: Vice-captain

Saeki Kojiroh is the vice-captain. He's the most popular guy at Rokkaku Middle School, lending to his gentle-spirited nature. Despite this, on the court he turns into a ruthless gambler.

Kurobane Harukaze

Position: Regular

Kurobane Harukaze is a 3rd year regular. He is a tall, strong guy who adheres to sportmanship and fairness. He's friendly and popular and despite being hot blooded, he's dignified and takes responsibility, which lends to his manliness.

Itsuki Marehikoh

Position: Regular

Itsuki Marehikoh is a 3rd year regular. He is a nitpicky and fussy person, who uses his own wild, and hustling tennis style. His nose is big, and thus his snorts remind one of a train whistle.

Kisarazu Ryoh

Position: Regular

Kisarazu Ryoh, also called the analyst of Rokkaku, is a 3rd year regular and the perceived 'secret' weapon of Rokkaku. He is quiet and mysterious. He is the older twin brother of Kisarazu Atsushi from St. Rudolph.

Syudo Satoshi

Position: Regular

Syudo Satoshi is the 3rd year poison taster and regular of Rokkaku, and is also referenced to as the daredevil. His interests include collecting and consuming various drinks.

Second Years

Amane Hikaru

Position: Regular

Amane Hikaru, also known as the man who cut down 100 men, in reference to his victory against Hyotei's members, is a second year regular. He is known for making a lot of puns and being indifferent towards his ambitions.

First Years

Aoi Kentaroh

Position: Captain

Aoi Kentaroh is the first year captain. Being elected as the captain when he was in elementary school by accident, he currently leads Rokkaku as their pressure player.

Uniforms

Boys

In winter, the boys’ uniform has a standing collar and appears to be a standard black uniform. In the summer,they have a white short-sleeved shirt and thin black trousers.

Girls

The girls’ uniform is the traditional sailor fuku, with a yellow ribbon and red accents. The skirt is an accompanying red.

Tennis Club

Their tennis uniform appears to be red and piece dyed. In the manga and anime alike they are shown to have had white shirts underneath their red jersey, although this was later retconned out. The borders on their collar and shoulder sleeves appear to be double lined, self stitched hexagons, made possible by the parents. The logo itself is also stitched on their left front. It's a very popular and admired uniform among the children.
