Ochi Tsukimitsu (越知月光(おちつきみつ)) is a 3rd year high school student at Hyoutei and the No. 9 representative on the Japanese U-17 team. He is the former captain of Hyoutei Middle School's tennis team who lead the school to the Nationals three years prior to the arrival of Atobe Keigo and the current third years. He became Mouri Jusaburou's doubles partner at U-17 and, together, are known as the Super High School Doubles Specialists.
