Shudou Satoshi (首藤聡, しゅどう さとし) is a 3rd year student at Rokkaku. He is the schock troop commander of Rokkaku.
Appearance
Shudou's most noticeable feature is his blondish hair with dark roots. In the anime, he has two versions, with the earliest version being blonde and the later versions being brunette.
Personality
Shudou is described as being a gallant, curious and fearless guy. He is dynamic, but panics easily. Furthermore, he is simple and can be frank.
History
Kantou Tournament
Shudou appears first at the Kanto lineup. Shudou appears later at Seigaku VS Rokkaku. He is scheduled for Singles 1 against Inui Sadaharu, but never gets to play it. Aoi later appears during Seigaku's Training camp at Chiba. In the volleyball tournament, he drinks Inui's penalty juice, mistaking it for spring water, knocking him out and making him the first victim of Iwashimizu.
Nationals
In Higa VS Rokkaku, Shiranui and Aragaki triumph him and Itsuki in Doubles 1 with 6-1. He is later shown cheering on Seigaku during the semi- and finals. He also appears during the Yakiniku battle, where he disqualified after drinking (Inui's spice juice)
Prior to the events of the main story
Shudou is shown to have been a candidate for the choosing of the next captain, as he is lined up on the beach. He seems to be have been confident about his choosing, thinking that it was finally his time to shine.
Anime only arcs
In the anime, Shudo is absent from the Volleyball tournament, where instead Aoi drinks the Iwashimizu.
