Snake is a shot with a side spin.
By hitting the ball from a low stance with a whipping motion, the user makes it follow a curved path. The move is primarily designed to drain the opponent's stamina.
Variations
Boomerang Snake: The ball curves around the net pole. It can only be used from the outer corners of the court.
Short Snake: Curves stronger than the normal Snake, but covers less distance. It is used when both players are at the net and curves around the opponent.
Tornado Snake: By adding a gyro spin to the shot, the ball's speed increases. Varying the spin axis results in over 100 possible shot courses.
Reverse Snake: Curves in a reverse trajectory of a normal Snake.
