The Super Sweet Spot describes a specific point on the racket.
It combines three different definitions of sweet spot[1]:
- The spot in which the ball is the fastest.
- The spot in which the racket has the least vibration.
- The spot in which the impact on the arm is the lowest.
Hitting with the Super Sweet Spot is necessary to use certain moves like the Glowing Shot and Black Jack Knife.
