Yare! Do it!! is about Hiyoshi working out along to a tape/video. He begins hallucinating that Shishido is there working out with him, cheering him on in an intense way, likely how Hiyoshi is accustomed to at tennis practice. The two talk about their goals of achieving muscles and nice bodies to motivate themselves. In the song's intermission, although exhausted and panting, "Shishido-san" and "Wakashi" shout each other's name with increasing ferocity to help them persevere.

The song was specially featured in the Sports Festival event of September 2018 in the Rising Beat mobile rhythm game.
